Just to prove what an icon it is and to reinforce why it is one of my favourite days – the humble white t-shirt scores a day dedicated to it.
If you follow along regularly you may notice that at every opportunity I find a way to slip on a white t-shirt. It really doesn’t matter how casual or how glam I am trying to be, I can make a white t-shirt work! And if I can do it, so can you. Casual and Chic white t-shirt
These two looks were from my post on how to wear a white t-shirt on holiday.
Versatility: How many other items in your wardrobe can you wear with such dramatically different looks? The t-shirt I have on in all these looks is exactly the same (well, I purchased 3 of them) and I found them on sale at Walmart last year when I was visiting the USofA. Why did I buy three? Because they were under $4 each! And if I spilled on one and stained it, I could toss it out and not feel badly about it. I could spend a fortune on t-shirt but honestly, I don’t think I need to. If you are a little selective you can find a t-shirt that works for you and can be a real work-horse in your wardrobe.
After all, they come in tank, t, and long-sleeves these days. Not to mention v-neck and scoop neck. You could have a whole collection of them! I even have a couple of long-sleeve ones that I wear in the cooler months because they are fantastic for layering.
There’s something about a t-shirt that is casual and classic, which is why any day dedicated the white t-shirt is going to be one of my favourite days!

I love white t shirts! I’ve got a whole drawer of them. My husband wonders why I need so many, but, like you, I wear them with so many things. I say, a girl can’t have too many white t shirts! I had no idea there was a whole day dedicated to them. AMEN!

It is impossible to have too many white t-shirts.
Whenever I don’t know what top to wear, I put on a white tee.
They are a fashion life-saver!
So go get your white t-shirt on!!

Because after a white t-shirt the best classic is leopard print!

The skirt is great, I love to wear it when traveling because it is made of a jersey fabric / t-shirt material that never wrinkles and the best bit, from Target for about $20.
